Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Mahindra Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes 5. Provide product information and technical support to customers 6. Assist with order processing and tracking 7. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends 9. Contribute to a positive team environment through teamwork and cooperation 10. Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software 6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment 9. Previous customer service experience is a plus
