Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Cipla, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing details, and resolve any customer complaints or issues effectively. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 6. Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer support or related roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Demonstrated cooperation and leadership skills. 7. Energetic and dedicated personality traits.
