Job Description:
Delhivery is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and insights - Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
