Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job description:


Box8 is currently seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution - Provide technical support for online ordering platforms and troubleshoot any issues that may arise - Coordinate with other teams within the company to address customer concerns and resolve issues - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor - Excellent project management and planning skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
