Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Specialist at Google India in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Google’s users. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Google products and services, resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall user experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Google products and services. - Educate customers on product features and functionalities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service processes. - Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to better assist customers. - Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs.


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service. - Strong project management and strategic planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
