Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


NoBroker is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and resolving any issues or concerns effectively. 3. Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our database. 5. Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Contributing to team goals and objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits to excel in a remote work environment. 2. Strong persuasion and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 5. Experience using CRM software or customer support tools is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
