Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Ola Cabs is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Ola Cabs services. 2. Assist customers with booking, cancellations, refunds, and other related issues. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Ola Cabs app and website. 4. Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in any field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools. 6. Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills. 8. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
