Job Description:

Adani Group is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant - Work from home. This is a full-time, Associate Level position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Independent and driven individual who can work effectively from a remote location - Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead conversations with customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
