Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Live Chat Associate to join our team at Cars24. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. This position is a full-time, work from home opportunity based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat. 2. Offer personalized assistance to customers and guide them through the car selling process. 3. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 6. Meet and exceed productivity and quality metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Self-motivated, driven, and energetic individual with a passion for customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and Microsoft Office Suite.
