Live Chat Manager - Work from home

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Live Chat Manager to join our team at Stellapps. This is a full-time remote position based in Delhi, India, requiring a senior level of expertise with at least 8 years of experience in the field.

As the Live Chat Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of our live chat operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention through live chat interactions. You will be responsible for training and supervising a team of live chat agents, monitoring chat performance metrics, and continuously optimizing our live chat platform for better efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues and providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
