Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Rupeek is seeking a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients. This role is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Use problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and find solutions to their needs. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 4. Utilize leadership skills to guide and support fellow team members when needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. 6. Act as a brand ambassador for Rupeek, promoting our values and mission in every customer interaction. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Strong emotional intelligence to understand and connect with customers on a deeper level. 3. Leadership skills to assist and guide team members in delivering exceptional customer service. 4. At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles. 5. Excellent communication and typing skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
