Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Snapdeal in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Display emotional intelligence in handling customer interactions to ensure positive outcomes. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Proficient in using live chat software and customer service platforms. 5. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with grace. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
