Job Description:

1mg is looking for a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through our online chat platform to provide support, answer questions, and assist with product inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates to better assist customers - Use creativity and problem-solving skills to address challenging customer situations

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize issues effectively - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Basic computer and typing skills - No prior experience required, as training will be provided
