Job Description:
Myntra is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, entry-level position with 1 year of experience required.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat platforms. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies. 3. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. 5. Resourceful and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 6. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team. 7. Innovative mindset and willingness to learn and adapt. 8. Comfortable working from home and managing a remote work environment.
