Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Box8, a leading online food delivery company in Mumbai, is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless ordering experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and changes. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure on-time delivery of orders. 5. Work closely with the marketing team to promote special offers and deals to customers. 6. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account support roles. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Experience with CRM software is preferred. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. 7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and motivated to go above and beyond for customers. 8. Strong people management and cooperation skills. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
