Job Description
Zoomcar is looking for a dynamic Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in customer service and account management, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner via online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns to ensure a positive experience - Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on Zoomcar's products and services to effectively assist customers
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
