Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Pepperfry, an online furniture and home decor retailer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a full-time Online Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order tracking, and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with any issues or complaints, escalating to management when necessary. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering personalized solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Resourceful and energetic with a positive attitude. 5. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
