Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Jio Platforms is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Specialist in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and provide updates on their requests. 3. Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries, product information, and account updates. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 5. Update customer information in the database to ensure accuracy and consistency. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. 4. Resilient and driven personality traits. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 6. Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving. 7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of call center operations and best practices.
