Job Description:
Livspace is seeking a talented Online Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level Online Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients through chat support. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all users.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat support to address their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Utilize company resources and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and data - Monitor chat volume and response times to optimize customer support operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Confident and independent personality with exceptional communication skills - Strong time management and people management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
