Online Client Relations Associate

Licious is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Associate at our location in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client relations or customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client relationships through various channels such as emails, live chat, and phone calls. 2. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide support throughout the onboarding process. 4. Proactively reach out to clients to upsell products or services and increase overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles with relevant information. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to improve client engagement and retention.

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively handle client interactions. 3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changes quickly. 4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Previous experience in online client relations or customer service is preferred.
