Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Associate to join our team at Ather Energy in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and resilient, with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to any situation.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner - Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert potential clients into customers - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services - Maintain client records and update the database with accurate information - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in a client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience with online customer service platforms and social media management tools - Knowledge of electric vehicles and sustainability practices a plus
