Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Razorpay is looking for a dynamic and proactive Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing online client relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries through various channels including email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, resolving issues and escalating when necessary. 3. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 5. Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of online client engagement strategies. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in online client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in online client relations or customer service. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Adaptable and resourceful with a positive attitude. 6. Strong emotional intelligence and project management skills. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
