Online Customer Care Assistant

HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, account management, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases in a timely manner. 6. Assist in conducting customer surveys and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and proficiency in written English. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 4. Presentation skills and experience in people management. 5. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Passionate about health and fitness industry.
