Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description: Livspace is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers in navigating the Livspace website, providing product information, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from start to finish. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and reliable individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Detail-oriented with strong strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and online platforms. 6. Prior experience in e-commerce or online customer service roles is preferred.
