Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Goibibo in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our online customers receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the online customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction levels. 3. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service. 4. Communicate with internal departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback on customer service issues. 5. Utilize customer feedback to improve processes and procedures for better customer service. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms. 9. Track and analyze customer service data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6.
