Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


BookMyShow is seeking an experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with our online customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, working to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to drive customer success initiatives and meet business goals - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support and advise customers - Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Track and report on key customer success metrics, including retention rates, satisfaction scores, and revenue growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in a customer success or account management role, preferably in an online or tech company - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events - Paid Time Off (PTO) and other competitive benefits offered
