Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate


Job Description:


FirstCry is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless shopping experience. 5. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues.
