Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Microsoft India is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for passionate individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues related to Microsoft products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Identify opportunities for product or service improvements based on customer feedback - Stay up-to-date on Microsoft products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies
