Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Swiggy, a leading online food delivery platform in Delhi, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Officer. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


As an Online Customer Support Officer at Swiggy, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our online users. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will need to be adaptable and driven, able to think on your feet and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities include: - Managing and responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Providing information about products, services, and promotions - Escalating any unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes - Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
