Job Description:
As an Online Customer Support Specialist at Jio Platforms, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users. You will serve as the first point of contact for any customer inquiries, issues or feedback, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and accurate manner. - Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our online platform. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues. - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. - Document and maintain customer records and interactions for future reference. - Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to management for further analysis. - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and suggest new ideas for enhancing online support processes.
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Driven and energetic personality with a passion for helping customers. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms. - Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
