Job Description:
Sun Pharma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online support team to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Manage and mentor a team of online support agents, providing guidance and training as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve the online support experience. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and implement process improvements. 5. Develop and implement KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to optimize online support operations. 7. Drive initiatives to improve customer retention and increase customer lifetime value. 8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of online support tools and platforms. 9. Serve as the point of escalation for complex customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 10. Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or related field. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 9. Proficiency in online support tools and platforms. 10. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 11.
