Policybazaar, a leading online insurance aggregator, is seeking an Online Support Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Entry Level Online Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users. This is a full-time position that offers a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat, email, and phone communication. 2. Assist customers with navigating our website and online tools. 3. Educate customers on various insurance products and services offered by Policybazaar. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Track and record customer interactions and feedback for analysis. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Adaptable and independent personality traits to thrive in a dynamic work setting. 3. Strong critical thinking skills to assess and solve customer problems effectively. 4. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns. 5. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and local language. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and platforms.
