Job Description:
Zomato is currently seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or related fields. As a Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our users via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues related to our platform and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively identify and escalate any trends or recurring issues to the technical support team - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product updates, features, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Driven and resilient individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Basic technical knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools and software - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
