Job Description:
Xiaomi India is seeking a passionate and independent Support Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support operations and ensuring excellent service delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support representatives, including recruitment, training, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support - Report on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools - Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
