Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

AgroStar is seeking a dedicated and driven Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction - Providing product recommendations and assisting customers with their purchases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers via phone, email, and chat - Meeting performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Must be driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
