Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Xiaomi India is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to remote users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of all remote systems and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support for users across various locations. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. 3. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. 4. Document and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. 5. Conduct analysis of remote support data to identify trends and propose improvements. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate technical updates and recommendations. 7. Assist with remote equipment setup, configuration, and maintenance. 8. Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best possible support.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently. 5. Knowledge of remote support tools and technologies. 6. Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
