Job Description:
Goibibo, a leading travel and booking platform, is seeking a talented Support Specialist to join our team and work from home in Delhi, India. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues that our customers may have, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that all their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Goibibo platform and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist customers with booking reservations, changing flights, and resolving payment issues. 4. Research and resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding travel policies and procedures. 6. Maintain a high level of customer service and handle difficult or sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. 7. Work closely with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Reliable and energetic personality traits with a positive attitude. 3. Strong negotiation and research skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. 7. Experience with travel or booking platforms is a plus.
