Job Description:

NoBroker is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Web Chat Assistant. This entry-level position is based in Delhi, IN and offers the opportunity to work remotely on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities: - Provide efficient and effective support to customers through web chat, addressing any queries or concerns they may have in a timely manner - Assist customers with navigating the company website, troubleshooting technical issues, and completing online transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills in English - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to present information clearly and effectively - Comfortable working independently and remotely - Willingness to learn new technologies and systems - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
