Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Dream11 is seeking a dedicated and driven Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform. 2. Assist customers with account-related issues, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Leadership abilities to take ownership of customer inquiries and provide solutions. 4. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment. 6. Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms.
