Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Maruti Suzuki India Limited is looking for a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chats. This position is ideal for someone who is driven and adaptable, with a keen sense of emotional intelligence and strong planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Maruti Suzuki products and services through web chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to offer assistance and support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection - Must be driven and adaptable, with high emotional intelligence and strong planning skills
