Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our team at Khatabook, a leading digital platform based in Delhi. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support through web chat on our platform. This is a full-time work from home position with an Associate-level seniority level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our platform and services - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent persuasion and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat software and other online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
