Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Unacademy is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in web chat management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat team, ensuring high-quality customer service and quick response times - Monitor chat conversations to ensure accuracy and professionalism - Train and develop team members on best practices for web chat communication - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through web chat interactions - Implement and maintain chat protocols and guidelines - Analyze chat data and provide insights to improve overall chat performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable with the ability to handle high-pressure situations - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience in web chat management - Proficient in using chat software and platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
