Job Description:

Practo is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India. As a Remote Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for handling online customer inquiries through web chat, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions. - Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - People management and negotiation skills. - Motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with web chat platforms and CRM systems preferred.
