Restaurant Supervisor

Job Overview :

We seek a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations at our restaurant in Besant Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle end-to-end operations. This role involves managing accounts, monitoring inventory, and overseeing staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Manage and maintain accurate accounts, including revenue, expenses, and financial reports.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely reordering.
• Supervise and manage restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and addressing customer concerns.
• Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
