Job: “Senior Client Services Manager (Dating and Matchmaking Services) Mumbai”

CTC/Salary Bracket: ₹15.0-21.0 LPA with Performance Bonuses as actual (**Offered CTC Negotiable to Right Candidate)

Job Location: Corp Office at Andheri (E) / BKC. Mumbai, India

Notice Period: Candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period or early/immediate availability are preferred.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Client Services Professional (Sr Executive/Manager/Sr. Manager) based in Mumbai to support our international member base spanning over 27 countries for Dating and Matchmaking services. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires a flair for meeting potential clients, excellent organizational and time management skills, and an independent, proactive, can-do attitude . As a Client Services Manager, you'll be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, managing matchmaking processes, delivering outstanding customer service, promptly addressing member needs, optimizing client experiences and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Join us in this pivotal role and contribute to our success in the dating and matchmaking industry!

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a Minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrated success in client services, business development, or related roles with prior experience in the specified industries of Dating, Matchmaking, Matrimony, Public Relations (PR), or communications services sector and/or start-up experience is highly valued.

2. We also welcome professionals with previous experience in B2C/D2C environments, and managing a portfolio in high-end service industries; particularly within Luxury, Retail /Private Banking, Airlines, Recruitment, EdTech and Hospitality Sectors.

3. Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

4. Well-groomed, affable personality – you will be the face of the brand.

5. Proven experience in managing client relationships and resolving issues effectively.

6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office).

Job Responsibilities:

1. New lead generation and scouting networking/association opportunities to help grow revenue.

2. Comfortable meeting prospective clients, building and managing commercial relationships across channels seamlessly; phone, online and in-person and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

3. Facilitate matchmaking activities to ensure personalized and high-quality service delivery throughout the matchmaking process.

4. Act as the brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and credibility in client interactions.

5. Optimize client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and effective problem resolution.

6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service offerings.

7. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, drive improvements, and enhance service outcomes.

8. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
