Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the client servicing team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their event needs. - Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring all client requirements are met and exceeded. - Work closely with internal teams, including event planning, creative, and production, to coordinate and deliver successful Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in client servicing or account management within the event management industry. - Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of managing and developing teams.
