What would you do? You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. You will be responsible for Contract management wherein you will manage the processes whereby the performance of client work is coordinated with the contract rights and obligations of the parties to ensure contract compliance

Job Qualifications, Skills and Experience: • Ability to influence stakeholders, peer groups and establish strong relationships within teams • Working knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, and tools • Contract management • Strong data and analytics skills • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills • Commitment to quality delivery • Consistent attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously • Proficient in MS Excel, word and MS PowerPoint Not mandatory but preferred to have • MMD tool knowledge for contract management.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Hands on experience in Contract management, digital contracting and signature, archival process and coordination with legal for any amendments on contracts & clauses, both internal & External • Aware of contract signature process using Eco sign (Adobe sign) and Docusign for both internal and external signatures. • Should have managed the supplier calls, emails, and extending support on audit requirements for any supplier related documentations. • SharePoint management for contracting and other activities for category. • Assist in seat rostering, cab allocation and managing escalations.Any Graduation
