Summary: As an Infrastructure Service Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served. Your typical day will involve managing IT infrastructure operations and ensuring service management practices are followed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage IT infrastructure operations and ensure service management practices are followed. - Support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of service management practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in IT Infrastructure Operations. - Experience in managing resources, projects, and budgets. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in IT or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.Minimum of 15 years of educational qualification required
