Service Sales Coordinator : TeleMarketer

• Service contracts' follow up to be done with customers/end-user to get service contracts achieved and materialized.
• Explaining benefits to customers of entering into / renewing the service contracts.
• C oordinate with BC field teams for service contracts achievement apart from interaction / communication with customers.
• Preparation of Service Contract proposals and sending the same to customers/BC field teams.
• Working with Service Admin Team member/s for data compilation basis on which service contracts follow up to be done.
