Experience : We are looking for Technical Services Manager with atleast 10+ years of relevant experience in building and managing Hybrid Cloud infrastructure and Managed Workplace Services for Mid to large global clients. .

Job Description :

• Managed Services - Proven ability to consult and design / deliver operations transformation for client IT infrastructure is a must. The role is a client facing business development profile with managing a P&L. Deep understanding and experience of new generation managed services.

• Delivery Management- This is a mid management role that is expected to give depth to the new age infrastructure technology landscape of Hybrid Cloud Data Center , Network and Security Managed Services landscape.

• Building and Managing Teams - The incumbent is expected to lead the Technology Center of Excellence comprising of fine blend of young and experienced engineers in this space to design and deliver both professional and 24*7 next generation managed services .

• Digital Technology - Deep understanding of all the pieces of modern infrastructure technology landscape is a must -

• Data Center Server , Storage
• Public Cloud - AWS , Azure , Google , M365
• Network - LAN , WAN , SDWAN
• Security - End point , Network , Cyber Security
• Microsoft and LAMP Stack
• Databases
• TOOLS - Exposure to managed services ITOM tools of next generation for the NOC.
